1. Acceptance

By accessing documenttojson.dev or using the Document to JSON API (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Voidstack AB (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Sweden.

2. Service description

The Service provides an API for extracting structured JSON data from documents such as PDFs and images. During the current pre-launch phase, access is provided to waitlist members only. Features and availability may change at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit documents containing illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
  • Resell or sublicense API access without our written permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Your data

You retain ownership of any documents you submit. By submitting documents you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your API request. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Pricing and billing

During the waitlist phase the Service is free. Paid plans will be introduced at launch. Pricing, plan limits, and overage rates will be published before billing begins. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extraction results will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidstack AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
